Cherry Muffins
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 maraschino cherries
- 2 egg
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup flour
Instructions
Prepare pans. Stir together dry ingredients and add the cherries. Mix eggs, cherry liquid and melted butter. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Bake for 15-20 mins at 375F. Makes 9-10 large muffins.

Love maraschino cherries but 1/2 doesn't sound like enough ;o) I'd also like to know how much cherry liquid to use. I'd like to make some for work next week.

How much cherry liquid do you use???? Or do you use that instead of the milk? I want to make them for brunch today.
