- 2 cans chick peas: one drained, one with juice
- 1/2 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- fresh juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- dash cumin
Blend everything together in a food processor or blender. Adjust seasonings to taste (I often add more garlic and lemon, very rarely salt). Serve with warm pita bread and veggies.
