Easy Beef Nachos

Whether as a late night snack or part of dinner these Easy Beef Nachos are to die for. One of the best easy nacho recipes out there, so good!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/2 jar chunky salsa(hotness your preference)
  • 1 package Enchilada seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup black olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole, if desired
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Put aside Tortilla Chips, lettuce, tomato, black olives, chopped green onion, sour cream, guacamole to top with later.
     
  2. Brown the ground beef and drain fat.
     
  3. Add the refried beans, seasoning mix and salsa to ground beef.
     
  4. Cook until well blended and heated.
     
  5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
     
  6. Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet. Cover chips with beef mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
     
  7. Bake at 400 degrees F until cheese is melted and hot.
     
  8. Divide into desired serving portions and add other toppings as desired.
