Red Meats Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 teaspoon oregano crushed
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Chianti
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

Instructions

Mix well. Pour over meat cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours. Use as a basting sauce also.
