Flank Steak Dry Rub
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder (or use Chipotle powder)
Instructions
This is a 6 hour rub. If you're going to do it overnight, cut down the salt a bit, unless it doesn't bother you. Rinse flank steak off before cooking. Slice against the grain and serve.
