Catfish Marinade


  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice or red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons of Italian Seasoning
  • cracked pepper to taste


Mix ingredients together to form a paste. Spread on both sides of filets and sprinkle with cracked pepper. Marinate fish in refrigerator for 1 hour. Best if cooked on the grill, preferably using the tin foil packet method.
