  • Put them together in a container large enough (and small enough)
  • to cover your steak with the marinade. Marinate this for as long
  • as possible, preferably 24+ hours. It should turn brown a bit,
  • since you're breaking down the outer part of the meat, as you do
  • in cooking. Keep spooning the marinade over the meat while it's
  • cooking.


1 can chunked or crushed pineapple.
