I made these with a few adjustments. I omitted parm ch (not crazy about it) & used 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning instead of thyme & oregano & substitutted 2tsp minced dried onion for fresh. I also made my own fresh reg bread crumbs. I baked them for 25min @400 & then added to my sauce. These are the absolute best meatballs EVER & could be easily adapted for other uses! They were so nice & tender & my 5yr old vegetarian son even ate them! A MUST TRY for sure! :) (I adapted recipe for what I had on hand...easily done! )

these meatballs are deliscious! I left out the parm cheese & forgot to add spag sauce lol & made my own fresh reg bread crumbs. Also, I baked my mballs for 25min @400 & then added to sauce. They are tender & really really good! :)

Hi Chef 1066073, We would suggest adding 1 pinch of parsley and 3/4 C. bread crumbs. If you make this recipe, please let us know how they turn out! --EditorofRecipeLion

How much parsley flakes and Italian bread crumbs do you put in the meatballs?

I add parsley flakes to taste 12 - 1 tsp and 1/4 of italian bread crumbs to 2 pounds of meat.
