My mother's favorite comfort food. Ladyfinger(okra), has a very slimy consistency so whatever you add to this dish will turn into a kind of thick soup. It is incredibly nutritious though and pairing it with some coconut rice makes it amazing. if you're trying vegetarian, Indian food is the best cuisine
