Carrot Cake Frosting


  • 1 box (1 lb) 10x sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 8 oz.s softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans


Beat sugar, butter and cream cheese until creamy and stir in vanilla and chopped walnuts or pecans.
