Grilled Pork Chop Marinade

Grilled Pork Chop Marinade
Grilled Pork Chop Marinade

"Marinating meat before grilling it has two purposes. First, it gives it flavor , second it tenderizes the meat. Grilled Pork Chop Marinate does an excellent job of doing both. The massive pork chops my husband brought home (they were the size of steaks) were marinated overnight. The chops were grilled for about 15 minutes. The flavor of the marinade plus the flavor the grill gave the chops was excellent. They were tender, juicy and delicious. There are a couple of things you want to remember when marinating meat. Always marinate meat in the refrigerator, marinating at room temperature runs the risk of harmful bacteria forming while the meat marinades. After the meat has marinated, allow the meat to come to room temperature before placing on the grill. My husband is a stickler for this one, the meat is always room temperature before it hits the grill. Grilled Pork Chop Marinade – one more delicious reason to use your grill!"
