Watermelon Orange Popsicles
For the perfect, refreshing treat for a hot summer day, what could be better than watermelon? How about a watermelon popsicle?! This delightful blend of watermelon and orange juice is sure to please, so make a double batch to have lots on hand!

Watermelon has many nutritional benefits, including being a good source of lycopene, beta carotene, and citrulline.
According to a recent study done by Bhimanagouda S. Patil, PhD of Texas A&M University, the citrulline in watermelon may have Viagra-like effects on the body. Dr. Patil has found that this particular nutrient relaxes blood vessels, which is similar to what Viagra does.

Ingredients
- 1 cup seedless watermelon chunks
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup water
- 36 small paper cups
- 36 popsicle sticks
Instructions
- In a blender, pulse watermelon, juice, and water until a slushy mixture has formed.
- Pour into small paper cups and freeze until slightly firm, about 1-2 hours.
- Insert a popsicle stick in the center of each cup and freeze until firm, about 4 more hours or overnight.
