The Totally Bamboo GreenLite Utility Board is a unique cutting board made from high-quality bamboo. The lightweight board can be used for prepping food and serving food. This wooden cutting board can even be cleaned in the dishwasher, unlike most wooden boards. 

I love using wooden cutting boards; they are rustic, classic, and they are easy on your knife blades. However, they can also be a pain to keep clean and hygienic. This Totally Bamboo board eliminates the cleaning issue by using a TriPly construction that can handle the heat of a dishwasher. The bamboo is also more sustainable than other wood sources because it grows back so quickly and under most conditions. 

This Utility Board is 18"x12" in size which is perfect for handling just about any prep work in the kitchen. It has enough surface space for chopping a head of lettuce or breaking down a larger cut of meat. I also like using it to get ingredients that are smaller, like garlic, prepped and ready to be used straight from the board.

The beautiful design of this board makes it great to use for serving. The bamboo material also means the board is incredibly lightweight.  I loved using it to serve a cheese and meat platter because you can fit plenty of food across it. The handle, in addition to giving you another storage option, makes it easier to hold while serving guests
