Peugeot Paris Classic Chef's Knife

Peugeot Paris Classic Chef's Knife

Reviewed by , Editor,

Peugeot was made famous with cars, but their line of kitchenware including this Chef's Knife, is made with the same precision and care. The stainless steel forged knife is perfect for almost any prep work in the kitchen. It fits comfortably in your hand and the sharp blade complements it perfectly.

A well-designed chef's knife can be your make or break in the kitchen. Number one you need a sharp blade, and this one delivers. The stainless steel is top of the line and has a high chromium content which keeps it sharp and rust-free. It slices through soft and hard ingredients with incredible ease.

The chef's knife in the Paris Classic line of cutlery includes two blade sizes: the 6" and the 8". Both are great, and depending on your palm size, you may prefer one over the other. I enjoyed using the 6" blade because I felt I had more control over it. The shape is fantastic for prep work, and the curvature lends itself quite well to slicing cooking food, as well.

The design of this knife is not only efficient and durable, it is also sleek in appearance. A small bit of red separates the blade from the handle of this fully forged knife. This knife is built to shine after years of daily use!
