Circulon Momentum Skillet

Circulon Momentum Skillet

Reviewed by , Editor,

The Circulon Momentum Skillet is the big, sturdy skillet of your dreams. When you want to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this bad boy is going to become the skillet you grab first. It's large and wide with high sides, and it's easy to handle.

What's the first thing I made in this impressive skillet? Eggs, naturally. I like them fried over easy. It can be a bit of a challenge to get your skillet to the right temperature for slightly fluffy eggs over easy that have the yolk to the consistency you like (in my case, slightly runny). That's not the case with the Circulon Momentum Skillet. This skillet got to the temperature I needed pretty quickly, and then it distributed the heat evenly. I have honestly never made my eggs so perfectly.

It gets even better, because this skillet was jaw-droppingly easy to clean. It only needed a quick rinse in the sink and it was good as new.

This skillet is large enough that you could cook a family-size stir fry in it. The sides are high so there's not a lot of oil or cooking spray splashing at you, and your food stays put as well. The handle is firmly attached and comfortable to grab to maneuver the pan. The skillet comes with a lid so you can let things simmer as needed. I think this skillet would be perfect for frying or any kind of recipe with sauces, because the high sides keep everything clean and tidy.

When it comes to kitchenware, you're going to use a skillet pretty often. It's worth it to have a high quality skillet like this one.
