Breville Thermal Pro Hard-Anodized 10-Piece Cookware Set

Reviewed by Arielle Matlin, Editor,

The Breville Thermal Pro Hard-Anodized 10-Piece Cookware Set is the only set of pots and pans you need in your kitchen. The hard-anodized construction of these pans ensures they heat evenly and last for decades. This set includes two skillets, two saucepans, a large saute pan, and a stock pot.

When you first look and pick up the pieces in this set, it is apparent how well-constructed they are. They have a nice heft, and are extremely warp-resistant. The pans take a little longer to heat, than poorly constructed pans, but they heat much more evenly.

The handles on each piece are made from stainless steel and are dual-riveted for strength. This makes them sturdy to pick up and move. I especially liked the flared handles on the stockpot because they distribute the weight properly.

I love the four lids included with the set. They fit tightly into the cookware. This helps water boil quicker, and food stay warm longer. It also means you can avoid a tilted, balancing lid like on older cookware. Plus, the steel lids match the steel handles.

The flared rims on the pans make transferring your food mess-free. Instead of getting sauce or soup everywhere, you can easily direct food into servingware or a container. The supreme nonstick coating, ensures all of your food makes it onto the serving plate.

This cookware set is a wonderful choice for anyone trying to upgrade their kitchen. It is designed with the home cook in mind, but it is certainly up to chef-standards. This means you can make delicious recipes, and still put the pots and pans right into your dishwasher after using them!

I have not made this yet so I cannot rate it.
