  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 12-16 oz. pkg of bulk sausage or turkey sausage
  • 1 large pkg crecent roll dough
  • 1 cup mayonase
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1 egg


Preheat oven to 350 and wrap the hard boiled eggs with the bulk sausage. Bake the eggs/sausages for 20 minutes. Remove the eggs from the oven, and wrap them with the crecent roll dough. Back into the oven for 15-20 minutes. For sauce, crack egg into a 1/2 quart pot. With the setting on low, Mix in the mayonase, mustard and sugar. When it just starts to boil, it's done. Remove and let sit for a while, then chill for a bit.
