Rice is one of my favorite side dishes and I have it weekly. As much as I love it you would think I would have a million recipes but I usually just boil up some plain water and 20 minutes later I have a pot of rice. This is a simple way to spice up an easy side dish. Trying it tonight.

At least twice a week I prepare a pot of rice. Unfortunately it is usually just plain, just the way I like it. My husband loves it to but he will cover it with something. So instead of piling on gravy or butter, this is a great way to prepare such an easy side dish.
