Spicy Coffee Mix

Ingredients

1/2 cup freeze dried instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in blender on high for 15 seconds. Stir and blend for another 15 seconds. Store in air tight container. For one serving: stir 2 teaspoons of mix in 2/3 cup boiling water. Makes about 40 cups.

This certainly sounds interesting. The ingredients of this spicy coffee mix puts me in the mind of winter. Cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg can be found in a lot of dishes we tend to prepare with the weather cools down. I can not wait to try this.

I just started drinking coffee a few years ago. I am not that picky about the brew and I just like sugar and cream. I was thinking about branching out and this is a great recipe to use to start out with. Thanks for the recipe.
