Homemade Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur


  • 1 3/4 cup whisky (Scotch or rye)
  • 1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup (1/2 pint / 8 oz) whipping or light cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate flavored syrup
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract


In a blender, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Store up to one month in refrigerator.
