Sun dried Tomato Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 cup olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • several cloves garlic, pressed
  • Sun-dried tomatoes, revived and diced
  • 4 ounces goat cheese

Instructions

Throw everything in the food processor and pulse until smooth. Serve with breadsticks, sliced sourdough baguettes, etc.
