For a spicier dip, use some of the adobo sauce from the can. Refrigerate leftover chipotles in their sauce in a covered container for up to two months.

- 2 cups plain 0% Chobani greek yogurt
- 1 can (7-ounces) chipotle pepper in adobo sauceg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until thick and creamy. Transfer to bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight before using. Serve with vegetables and tortilla chips.
