As soon as I read this salted caramel fondue my mouth filled with water! It sounds so tasty! Could this salted caramel fondue be used to pour over a Victoria sponge cake or mixed with cooking apples for a apple pie filling? Has anyone tried using this fondue in different ways?

Fondue is the perfect appetizer or snack for any time of the year or occasion and caramel...well, that's just pure joy to my taste buds! Does the fondue hold it's creamy dipping status or does it need to be reheated from time to time to prevent getting hard and undippable? Is undippable a word? LOL
