This recipe sounds so good! I like that it gives the option to use a boxed brownie mix when you're in a rush, or homemade brownies when you have more time. These would be great for a St. Patricks Day dinner or party too! Brownies are always a hit and making them a little different is a great idea! This would be a great idea for a bake sale too, and you could even bake them in mini-muffin tins to bake some yummy one-bite-brownie treats!

OK, this is definitely on my to do list! I put Irish Crme in hot chocolate and coffee. Now I can put it in brownies! I think you could use other liqueurs, such as Kahlua if you like that one better. I like that there is a non-alcoholic version and all you need is coffee creamers to make it. Makes you start thinking about what other flavored creamers and liqueurs would taste like in this recipe!
