Would like to make this but not sure what size cream cheese to use.

The only thing is the recipe doesn't specify what size packages of cream cheese. I am surprised, given the age of the recipe that it hasn't been clarified.

Everything about cheesecake makes me smile...and as much as I'd love to eat it every day, after a while it gets kinda boring eating it the same way every time. I love recipes like this...you can switch up cookie dough and literally change it each time you make it. The fact that it's made into bars, makes it so much easier to transport and wrap up separately for snacking or lunches too.

This looks really good. The video shows nicely how incredibly simple this is to make. I know this would be an absolute hit if I were to bring a plate of these to any gathering. I'd like to give this a go with some other cookie dough flavors, since I think it would also be spectacular. I love versatile recipes like this.
