I just made four pies for Thanksgiving, but I like that your recipe has more ingredients in the filling. Do you think the nutmeg make a huge difference? I used the Libby pumpkin pie recipe, and it only called for ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. I always remember using nutmeg when I was a kid, so I was surprised it wasn't in the recipe I used.
