Sheila G's Brownie Brittle is good enough on its own, but making it into various easy dessert recipes is so much fun. Brownie Brittle S'mores are like other typical s'mores recipes, but instead of graham crackers, two pieces of Brownie Brittle holds together the marshmallows and chocolate. This is a delicious dessert recipe that gives you a double dose of chocolate - what could be better?

  • Chocolate Chip Brownie Brittle (other flavors option)
  • Medium or large marshmallows
  • 1 milk chocolate bar

  1. Select two pieces of Brownie Brittle, similar in size. Place chocolate squares on one piece of Brittle saving the other piece as a top.
  2. Toast marshmallows over open flame with wood or metal skewers, turning skewer until mushy and golden brown in color. When marshmallow is toasted, place it on the Brownie Brittle with the chocolate squares and place the other piece on top.
  3. Press together and bite.

Isn't this dessert a super modern take on the S'mores? I approve. I like S'mores, but this dessert sounds like it is more my style. I love the marshmallow center and the chocolate bar gooeyness. It takes me back to being a kid. My kids will like this version better too I bet.
