Bread Pudding (easy)


  • 8 slices bread (cubes)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)


Place bread in a casserole dish. Mix together the rest of the ingredients. Add raisins. Pour over bread and stir until coated. Bake at 350 F 45-60 min. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or syrup.
