I have prepared this recipe with both ground beef and ground turkey and it is excellent every time. I did not have stone ground mustard the first couple of times I made it so I just substituted dry mustard powder and it turned out great. We absolutely love this recipe in our house and fix it for when the whole family comes over and for easy week night dinners too.

I plan on bringing this to the potluck here at the senior center.I'm going to use small slider buns as everyone brings so much, just a little taste will do fine.I halved this recipe to test it out and it was delicious, but i did have to add more water. Not sure how much more as i just kept adding till it looked good.I like alot of sauce in my Joes.I'm going to double recipe when i make it for the potluck as there's no telling who or how many show up.It could be 3 or 30.But it's bettor to have to much than have everybody rave about it and run out.If theres any left i can allways freeze it.Well good luck and i hope it works out as well for you as it did for me
