Garlic Salted Cola Roast

Ingredients
- 1 beef roast
- Garlic salt
- Cola to cover roast (your choice of brand)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups ketchup
Instructions
- Salt, pepper and garlic salt roast well.
- Sear roast on all sides in oil.
- Remove from pan, drain excess fat and place in slow cooker.
- Pour cola and ketchup over roast to cover.
- Cook on low all day.
