- 16 ounces bottle of Russian salad dressing
- 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
