The famous Boston Market Macaroni and Cheese recipe is the ultimate mac 'n' cheese inspiration, and we are excited to share this copycat recipe with you!

We love the use of rotini pasta in this recipe because it soaks up tons of gooey cheese sauce. One bite of this scrumptious dish will have your family asking how soon you can make it again. The good news is that you won't mind making it again because it was such an easy recipe!

All you have to do is cook the pasta and blend together a few secret ingredients. The finished macaroni and cheese may taste like it took all day to make, but you will know that it was a breeze.

I have yet to have a favorite mac and cheese. I do like a mac and cheese that has different types of cheeses and crunchy layer at the top and maybe minced tomatoes to offset the saltiness of the cheeses.

how much mustard?? is not in the ingredients list

I like the macaroni and cheese at Boston Market, but unfortunately, there aren't any Boston Markets located where I live. Having this copycat recipe is the next best thing. Macaroni and cheese makes a satisfying entree or side dish, and is definitely one of my favorites. When making this dish, I would use 2% or skim milk. The pasta should be drained before it's completely done to ensure it will have a good consistency, since it will continue to cook in the oven.

I am a huge fan of mac and cheese. I will try them all. I do have my favorites, though. And this one has been added to that list. The blue cheese is what makes this mac and cheese so different. It's creamy and so yummy. My husband doesn't like blue cheese, but he loves this mac and cheese. He has requested this at least a couple of times a month.
