How to Use Leftover Pickle Juice
Don't waste your leftover pickle juice! Stan from Georgetown, South Carolina has a great idea for making good use of it.
He says, "When I finish a jar of pickles, I don't throw away the juice. I slice cucumbers, cauliflower, etc. and after a few days have crisp, tasty pickled veggies."

I love this idea! Only made this myself once before but it turned out awesome! But does anybody have any ideas on creative variations?
