Surprise your friends and family with the sweetest cookie recipes out there. No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies will leave you speechless. All the ingredients are quickly combined without ever using the oven. Perfect when you need dessert on the fly, they really are yummy. Whether you want to share them or not is up to you, but these are a treat for everyone.

Preparation Time: 15 min

Chilling Time: 15 min

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Heat the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the peanut butter, oats and vanilla extract.
  3. Drop the warm oat mixture by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand for 15 minutes or until the cookies are firm.

The ingredients call for cocoa butter, the instructions call for cocoa powder, which is it?

Its cocoa powder. I make these all the time and prefer Hershey's for mine. Happy cookie making!
