Butterscotch Brownie Cookies
A scrumptious treat that's sure to be a winner are the Butterscotch Brownie Cookies. They totally melt in your mouth not to mention it's a quick and easy cookie recipe, what's not to like?

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 3/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Bear eggs till frothy.
- Add sugar and beat. mix in cooking oil, chocolate, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add chips.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and bake for 8-10 minutes at 325 degrees F.
