If you like to get the kids involved in cooking, this is a perfect recipe for them. They will have fun rolling the centers for this candy recipe. Save the dipping in chocolate for the adult as the chocolate may be a little warm. Simple and probably pretty tasty.

If Reese's were opposite, this is what I think you would get. The ingredient list is simple and the recipe is easy. This is a project for the kids to help with. They can roll the peanut butter balls.

This is the perfect snack for people like me who can't tolerate too much sugar but sometimes need a little something sweet...and I really love that it calls for white chocolate too. Personally, I prefer a little more texture so I'm thinking I can either use crunchy peanut butter or simply roll the peanut butter balls into some chopped nuts after they've been dipped in the chocolate. Any idea how long these would last in the fridge?

These are super simple to make. A good trick I learned a long time ago was to use your crock pot to melt your chocolate for dipping. That way it will stay melted when you have it on low or warm. When you melt in the microwave, you end up having to stick it back into the microwave because the chocolate cools and hardens or gets too firm.
