Lumberjack Sheet Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

Bring margarine, oil and cocoa to a boil. Pour into dry ingredients, mix. Add remainder of ingredients (through eggs). Mix until moistened. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Mix icing ingredients together and ice cake while hot.
