Heavenly Hash Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups pecans chopped
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well. Bake in a greased and floured square pan for 40 to 45 minutes. As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, cover with minature marshmallows, then cover with the following frosting. HEAVENLY HASH CAKE FROSTING 4 Tbsp. cocoa 1 box powdered sugar 4 Tbsp. butter 7 or 8 Tbsp. cream or milk Mix all together in saucepan until butter has melted. Spread immediately on cake right from the oven.
