Grasshopper Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Icing 2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup softened butter 4 Tbsp creme de menthe Mix well. Put on cooled cake. Note: Melt 6 tablespoons butter and 6 ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips. Pour over cake. Refrigerate overnight.
