  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 9 ounces Cool Whip, divided
  • 1 large (6.75 oz) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 large (6.75 oz) package instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Make bottom layer by mixing flour, pecans and butter until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden. Cool.
  3. Make middle layer by beating cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
  5. Make top layer by beating milk into pudding mixes until smooth and thickened. Spread over middle layer.
  6. Spread remaining whipped topping over top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
