Ingredients

  • 1 ounce almonds, blanched and ground
  • 1 tablespoon plain bread crumbs, dried
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 8 ounces chicken cutlets, divided in half
  • 1 tablespoon skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 lemon wedges

  2. On sheet of wax paper combine ground almonds, bread crumbs, cheese, salt and basil.

This recipe sounds great EXCEPT for one thing. Recipe Lion has an aversion or inability to post nutritional information. WHY??? People are, for a variety of reasons, interested in eating healthier. Here's hoping RL moves into the 21st century.
