Made with just five simple ingredients, this chicken casserole is great for a quick-fix weeknight meal for your family. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (7 ounce) box Rice a Roni Long Grain & Wild Rice Mix
  • 1 (10.25 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10.25 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix

5-Ingredient No Peek Chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine rice mix, cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, and water and pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  3. Place chicken evenly on top of rice mixture.

  4. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.

  5. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour 45 minutes.

So easy to make and the chicken was so tasty - i kept going back for more bites!

This chicken is moist and juicy, but honestly the star for me was the wild rice and sauce. It was SO delicious!

This is similar to a recipe I made for my family as a teenager many years ago. Still just as easy and have always loved the rice!
