Grandpa Gus' Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (250g each) Philadelphia light or regular cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Prepared graham wafer crumb crust (9-inch)
  • 1 container of Cool Whip Light or Regular Whipped Topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Mix the two packages of cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
     
  3. Add two eggs, mix until blended.
     
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup blueberries.
     
  5. Pour into a 9 inch prepared graham wafer crumb crust.
     
  6. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup blueberries.
     
  7. Bake at 350 degree F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
     
  8. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
     
  9. Garnish with the cool whip light or regular whipped topping.

Hi Blair, Whomever is writing the recipes for you needs to be fired or transferred to a different job. This is the 3rd recipe on this one email that is lacking proper instructions. You need to stop and consider the anguish you're putting people through with mis-information, left out information, etc, etc. Your recipes in too many cases are a waste of time and materials. Time to do something about this!

there seems to be an error in the ingredients needed for this recipe. When you say "1/2 vanilla," is that teaspoons or tablespoons, vanilla extract or what? Please correct this recipe as I would really like to try it because it sounds so good!
