  • 2 cans baked beans
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup soy breakfast links, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 1/8 cup BBQ sauce or ketchup
  • 1 small box of corn bread mix
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a casserole dish or large square baking pan, mix all ingredients except corn bread mix.
  3. Prepare corn bread mix according to package directions.
  4. Pour corn bread mixture over the bean mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.


Note:  This dish will serve 8-10 people as a side dish.
