Broccoli and Mushroom Casserole

Here's a 5 ingredient recipe that's frugal and fabulous! Broccoli and Mushroom Casserole, made with frozen broccoli, is great for a last minute dinner...and chances are everything you need is already in your pantry!

Ingredients

  • 2 bags frozen broccoli
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 1 can mushrooms pieces
  • 12 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Thaw brocolli completely and be sure to drain any excess water.
     
  3. Mix broccoli, sour cream, pimentos, and mushrooms in a bowl. Pour in an ungreased casserole dish and top with lots of shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
