Artichoke and Shrimp Casserole

You can search far and wide, but this is by far one of the best casserole recipes out there. Artichoke and Shrimp Casserole is a perfect main dish for a hearty and healthy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 pound shrimp, cooked
  • 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 cup cream sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, to tatse

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
     
  2. Arrange artichoke hearts in a buttered baking dish. Spread the shrimp over the artichokes.
     
  3. Slice the mushrooms and saute in butter for 6 minutes and add to the baking dish.
     
  4. Mix Worcestershire sauce with sherry and cream sauce and pour into baking dish.
     
  5. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
     
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
     
  7. Serve hot garnished with parsley.
