Amazing Fried Rice Casserole

Take your Asian recipes into a whole different world with this Amazing Fried Rice Casserole. Easy casserole recipes are always great to find, but this is the first one with an Asian flair to it that just works perfectly. Who doesn't like fried rice? Now just add chicken to this and you have a whole meal in one!

Cooking Time: 1 hr

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 package of onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 1/4 cups hot water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and put in a medium lightly greased casserole dish.
  3. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Serve warm.
