Ingredients

  • For Cake
  •  
  • 1 (1-pound) box graham crackers, crushed very fine
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • For Filling
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (1-pound) box powdered sugar
  • 1 can pineapple, crushed

Instructions

For Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Mix all the ingredients.
     
  3. Divide into 3 parts. Bake in greased and floured cake pans (3 layers) for 25 minutes.
     
  4. Let cool and turn out on wax paper.
     

For Filling

  1. Mix all filling ingredients until well absorbed.
     
  2. Spread between each layer and on top of cake.
     
  3. Chill in refrigerator.
