Easy Coconut Brownies
If you use the type of coconut oil that has the flavor, these Easy Coconut Brownies take on a wonderful, subtle hint of coconutty chocolate. Brownie recipes like this come out soft and tender and make a wonderful dessert for the family.

- 2 cups sugar
- 5 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream the sugar, cocoa, butter and coconut oil.
Add eggs, beating thoroughly. Stir in flour and vanilla. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch pan.
Bake for 35 minutes. Cut into squares.
