I thought these were supposed to be inexpensive recipes? Apparently, poor man means different things to different people. NONE of these ingredients are cheap! Especially not the sausage, milk, cheese, and rolls. And 5 eggs are a lot for one recipe if you are trying to conserve money.

the sauage neads to be cooked and drained same with the potatoes, andadd cooked diced onions,

Unless a Pizza recipe has tomato sauce of some sort, It should NOT have the word Pizza attached to it. This recipe is Yuck!

It It's different but it tastes gooooood!

Chef 18678, thank you for your input and we will keep it in mind for naming recipes in the future. Ingredients like hash browns and sausage are relatively inexpensive. You can adapt the recipe to make it lower in fat with low fat cheese and turkey or chicken sausage. Hope this helps!

I'm sorry, I wouldn't call this a poor mans recipe. Processed potatoes and crescent roll dough is not cheap. The recipe itself is not bad, but very heavy with fat.
